Engineering is a Cascade STEAM Community Group with a focus on engineering and engineering-related community projects. Cascade STEAM Engineering connects students, founders, mentors, and teachers in our community through support and collaboration. At our monthly group meetings, attendees are encouraged to present their engineering projects for 3–5 minutes and field questions to help everyone find success.
Community Project: Educational Robotics
The Engineering group coordinates support for the Bellingham Public Schools VEX Robotics Program — providing mentor volunteers, event volunteers, and sponsorship coordination. See the Educational Robotics page for volunteer opportunities and upcoming events.
Meetings
We plan to meet monthly every second Wednesday of the month. Meeting details will be available on the Cascade STEAM Community Hub and the Cascade STEAM Meetup Page.
